Mint Chocolate Brownies


I added peppermint oil (which is way better than peppermint extract) to the brownies, then sprinkled them with Andes Creme De Menthe Chips as soon as I pulled them out of the oven. They taste like Girl Scout Thin Mints!! Be still my heart :)
