Mulan Magnolia

My neighbor has a beautiful flowering tree that blooms before almost any other tree. I took a couple pictures of it the other day and looked it up ... because there's an app for that! Turns out it's a Mulan Magnolia. It's not evergreen like some Magnolia's, but those amazing early flowers make up for it being naked all winter.
