When my kids were little, they were absolutely thrilled when they woke up from their naps to a new batch of homemade playdough!
I've been intending to make playdough for my grandbabies (for about a year), and kept forgetting. I was in the pantry the other day and saw the salt I bought to do this, so I sat that and food coloring next to the stove to remind me. Last Tuesday I finally made orange, green, blue, and lavender ... which doesn't look very lavendery in the picture, but it does "in person".
The older two are at the age where they adore playing with playdough. The youngest would only eat it, so the poor little guy can only lust after it right now, but it won't be long before the three of them are sitting at their little table making all kinds of amazing things together.
