A mother in California is petitioning the Girl Scouts to end their partnership with Nestle.
She told the media "Instead of spending their time coming up with new cookie flavor, ice cream flavor, candy bar or flavored milk, they could focus that energy on more positive ways to earn money, while setting an example for not only the girls, but the nation. Imagine if Girl Scouts pioneered a movement for healthier eating and fundraisers that were in line with their core values."
Okay ... I'm imagining that.
And now I'm imagining the Girl Scouts raising about $6 with their Girl Scout relish trays, tofu bars, and kale shakes.
