Peaches are my favorite fruit and peach cobbler is one of my top picks for dessert ... beating cookies and tying with bread pudding! I always add cinnamon to my peach cobbler, even though my recipe doesn't call for it. Cinnamon, in my opinion, makes peach cobbler over-the-top delicious! National Peach Cobbler Day is celebrated annually on April 13th ... which is now my favorite day of the year!
